In this video, I’m sharing my essential fine jewelry pieces. I’ve decided to downsize my collection, so I’m only keeping the pieces I intend to cherish for years to come.
Watches
I own just one luxury watch: a Rolex Datejust 31 in stainless steel with a diamond dial and white gold bezel. It was a push present I received seven years ago. Initially, I didn’t wear it often, but in the past two years, I’ve grown to love it. I find the design timeless and can envision myself wearing it well into my golden years. The 31mm size is perfect for my wrist, as I’m not a fan of oversized watches.
Earrings
I have a soft spot for earrings. I’m not particularly drawn to statement necklaces, but I love earrings that make a subtle yet chic impact.
Van Cleef & Arpels Sweet Alhambra Earrings: I chose these earrings with onyx stones for the striking contrast between the black stones and yellow gold. Tiffany & Co. Soleste Diamond Earrings: These earrings feature a central diamond surrounded by 12 smaller diamonds, creating a timeless and versatile piece. Idyll Earrings: I’m thrilled to showcase earrings from Idyll, a brand known for its minimalist yet unique designs. The pieces are handmade with 14-carat solid gold and lab-grown diamonds, offering the same sparkle and clarity as mined diamonds at a fraction of the cost. The base earring is a simple diamond stud, but it can be elevated with stunning add-on pieces like “Lucia,” “Emma,” and “Uma.” Pearl Stud Earrings: Recently, I’ve rediscovered my love for pearl stud earrings. They exude elegance, class, and timelessness. While I appreciate their beauty, I find them less versatile than diamonds. Necklaces
My go-to everyday necklace is the Van Cleef & Arpels Sweet Alhambra Necklace in rose gold. It’s simple, understated, and pairs effortlessly with any outfit. I opted for rose gold over mother of pearl or other stones for its durability. Despite wearing it in the shower, spraying perfume, and getting caught in the rain, it shows minimal signs of wear.
Rings
Cartier Love Ring with Diamond Pave: I wear this ring every day in rose gold with diamond pave. I pair it with my wedding band, a half-eternity diamond ring in white gold. I don’t mind mixing metals and enjoy the contrast. Classic Cartier Love Ring: This ring is thinner and flatter than the paved version, making it more comfortable for everyday wear. I prefer Cartier pieces in yellow gold for their vibrant shade, but I chose rose gold for this ring to complement the diamonds. Hermes Chaine d’Ancre Ring: I wear this ring on my index finger with the classic Cartier Love Ring. I prefer Hermes’ rose gold for its unique shade and flattering appearance on various skin tones. The rounded profile makes it very comfortable to wear. Hermes CDC Bracelet: This bracelet is one of my most-worn luxury jewelry pieces. It’s crafted in rose gold and is easy to remove and put on. The design is elegant and chic, making it a versatile piece that I cherish. Remember, the perfect minimalist jewelry collection is subjective. Consider your personal preferences and lifestyle. For me, I prioritize pieces that I love wearing and that bring me joy.
